Welcome to the unofficial baking club at Tumblr. We love to bake cookies, cakes, breads, scones--if it's a baked good, we're interested.

Here's how things work: Each month I'll pick a couple of recipes, post them with some deadlines, and as you bake them, you submit your post with your photos of the endeavor and your opinion on the recipe, as well as general thoughts on the experience.

If this sounds fun to you then join our baking club by following on Tumblr. If you are not a Tumblr user you can still be a member--I don't think submitting your post necessitates having an account, though please do let me know if you have any issues.

How to Submit Your Assignment Post:

When you’ve baked the latest assignment, it’s very easy to share your pictures and thoughts!

Simply click here or find the “Submit” button in the left navigation bar on the homepage (pointed out with a giant black arrow in the image below). Then, follow the directions on that page.
